The two charts (which I linked to earlier, but in the more recent post just displayed) are simple presentations of the data with no attempt to calculate other factors by Eugene Volkh and Scott Alexander (independently of each others). Because they are simple two axis charts of raw data, there simple to check, all the data I checked (a significant chunk of it but not every single dot on all three charts) lined up perfectly.

Is it definitive? Far from it, again no attempt was made by Volkh (and little by Alexander, and what was done by him wasn't in the charts) to take in to account other factors. But the fact that there just presenting the data as is makes it easier to check, and means they aren't using biased adjustments.

Here's the links again

Edit - One of the charts was not from those sources but from
crimeresearch.org

In all cases its the type of data that's not hard to check, so even if you think any of the sources is the most biased ever it would be better to show how there wrong rather than just attacking the source.
