You're mistaking and mistating my position. I don't think Russia stole the election. I do think Trump and his team of Russian agents (Flynn, Manafort, Gates, Papodopoulos, and more) conspired with Russia to get Russian help against their domestic opponents. Jimmy Carter and Ted Kennedy both reached out to Russia requesting similar help back during the Reagan years and the fact they did is why I vowed to never trust or to vote for a Democrat again. Now Republicans are okay with this. Reaching out to hostile foreign powers for election help is TREASONOUS in and of itself, whether the help swings an election or not. You are okay with treasonous behavior on the part of our politicians ... as long as you can rationalize it as being not material or something. I am not okay with it. ------------------ our national sovereignty was never threatened. If we have a President compromised by a hostile foreign power, that is a threat to our sovereignity. -------------------- If you think a few pictures of a topless Putin or a few "fake news" stories from Russian trolls did anything to influence something as big as the election for president, ... No, but I know it influenced people like fubho, longandshort. And the other fanboys who posted those pics on SI. Too many people who used to be conservative Americans are now fanboys of a foreign tyrant.

He is close friends with Roger Stone and Paul Manafort and worked for the Trump campaign. Unlikely Caputo would have anything valuable to say about obstruction.
