There will be two keynote presentations. One is for irradiation (scares the heck out of food processors) and the other is for (one guess), yep, you got it! The ozone solution! And Cyclopss will deliver the presentation! ******************************************************************* I did a little surfin' and came up with the following link: poultryegg.org It doesn't mention who the keynote speaker(s) is but I sure am hoping your info re it being OZON is correct.
