Move over Mr. Toad!!!!!!!

Techs are on an after hours joy ride with numerous offerings moving up on the Intel news. Whether it be temporary or not, early earnings releases are indicating very minimal damage from the ASIA problems and you'd like to believe that the market will recover significantly over the next couple of days!

Tony, thanks for the good news. Especially liked .25m ahead of schedule, gaining share in sub 1K, and VERY COMFORTABLE with 17% growth rate in 1998 PCs... IMO, i think Intel has hit bottom and things should improve from here...and accelerate into 2H98. If the investment community feels the same, Intel stock is ready to climb again.

Tony:

Thanks for the excellent summary of the conference. Just a note:
Intel has historically been extremely conservative in their forward-looking statements. Therefore, the world apparently will not come to an end as some have predicted for this stock.

My God, what do they do with all of that cash?

Best Regards,

Greg Gimelli
