A few cents ahead. 85 by the end of the month (still stick to my prediction of about 6 months ago, seems far fetched right now.)

It will be good I think, because I was put on hold for 20 minutes to activate my SprintPCS phone in December. The queue was very long. Every SprintPCS phone has Big-Q inside. Then there is ongoing massive rollout with all the basestations installed nationwide.
