The ACA is sound policy. Having the government help buy insurance is cheaper than paying for the care of the poor etc. The central problem is republicans didn't do anything to ensure there were plans in place which would keep premiums low etc. They don't legislate, they whine. After the gop passed their drug plan (which was never paid for) there were around 1000 fixes needed and Dems helped pass those fixes. You can't imagine republicans fixing anything can you? It's who you are now. Eight years of hating the black man and having a party do NOTHING worked for you and it was horribly unAmerican.
