FLOURLESS PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES Ingredients: 1 egg 1 cup peanut butter (I prefer chunky) 3 or 4 table spoons of raw honey with the pollen still in the honey Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, I would use a fork since it does get sticky and a whisk doesn't work as well... add the honey And then place as you would any other cookie dough onto a well oiled cookie sheet, I now use avocado oil... Bake at about 400 for about 10 minutes.. Remove and cool in the refrigerator for about an hour... Enjoy!!! GZ
