Big difference between a Board of Directors responsibility and that of a CEO. If you don’t know, look up their roles.

LOL it is no secret that the current board is dominated by a group of friends. Today they hired yet another bud to the team. It's astonishing to me. Keep on digging in I guess. Maybe order up some sandbags as well. Need to break up this BOD and bring in the talent required to move this tech company forward. If that is not obvious by now, then obvious is in need of a re-definition.
