"... the new proposed directors have decades of successful Business experience and that’s what we need. They will surround themselves will the appropriate talent where and when needed." They may well have. But until they provide more detail on their access to and connections with, "appropriate talent" voters have nothing substantial to go by. Their public disclosures offer nothing supportive. If successful business experience is all that is required I have a friend who has successfully run a high end restaurant for the last 20 years. Would that qualify her to run a graphite/graphene business? (She plays golf and prefers quality single malt, too.)
