It looks like we'll take out $10 soon, and I would expect a sharp increase in interest by analysts in the next 3 months leading to the next real runup. 1998 is the year we've all waited for with ALTN. By the end of this year, based on how the ACTION 1 data looks, we should be at $30 or $2. I am optimistic that the results will be good.
Major hurdle- 3/98 final meeting of the ACTION 1 external safety monitoring committee. For highly risk adverse investors, selling prior to the meeting, and buying back after a clean result may be reasonable.
Major secondary news- next generation products from ALTN are super-promising- whether Pimagedine works or not. And the applications of all this technology are amazingly broad. From many human diseases right into cosmetics...
Five years from now I could easily imagine ALTN a multi-billion dollar company. The only trouble is that it could also end up as a $1 company. I can't remember such a binary situation with a stock I've owned before. But it is 100% worth the risk, IMHO.
