I didn't borrow it, the government did. And no they didn't borrow it to give to me, they didn't have it until I gave it to them.

The government could have no deficit/borrowing, or an incredibly high defict/borrowing noticeably higher than what it has now. The later would be a very bad idea, but in neither case would the government's fiscal situation change the point that my money is mine (and the money of corporations is there's).
