Well, they can call him before a grand jury but he's going to be advised to shut down and answer as little as possible. And he would. I was once called by a really good divorce lawyer in Dallas as an expert witness, and after about 15 minutes she called for a pee break. They're not allowed to talk to their witness, but as we were walking down the hall side-by-side, she whispered under her breath, "Don't be so god-damned helpful." For the rest of the deposition getting anything out of me was like pulling teeth. I'm sure Trump can shut up when he needs to.
