It only gives an illusion that IOM is cheap which it is NOT. Splitting a stock at such a low price has one and only one reason: that is, they know that IOM will not rise over $30 presplit and SPARQ is eating their lunches now. Look at the ADs in LA times ... SPARQ = 10 zips and costs 1/3 only, and SPARQ is selling well. They just want IOM to look cheap and buy them. Be careful.
