well the statin will probably lower it artificially . . .
I have refused to take the statins offered me every visit by my doctor.
I knew there had to be a natural way.

I eat tons of eggs, it has no negative effect on my blood cholesterol level... dietary cholesterol and the cholesterol contained in the foods we eat are two completely different things, unfortunately they share the same word... as a result, we have wrongly been avoiding foods containing cholesterol for decades... this has been a terrible urban myth for so many decades, eggs and butter and so on have had a very bad rap because of it...

In the morning when I have eggs, I use as much butter as I can with absolutely no negative effects, and it holds me through the day because any organic high fat food will keep you satiated longer...
