yes, there are a lot of self-serving 'experts' out there and often times it is difficult to know what to believe. in terms of products, in many cases it depends on who has the best marketing board. case in point ..... walnuts or almonds. bbc.com livescience.com disclaimer: i haven't read these articles but am sure each claim to be the best.
