<<They've taken some desparate measures lately to destroy the competition (Netscape), and have landed in front of a federal judge as a result.>>

The result is that they nearly destoried Netscape, and the federal judge cannot do much on MSFT. The fact that Netscape stock is droping, while MSFT is increasing a day before and during the court hearing is a clear answer to the issue.

And the NetPCs will come from WebTV (a division of Microsoft) and their opertaing system will be Windows CE.

Bottom line, never bet against Microsoft!
