I don't drink milk because it does have carbs and sugar, both milk and buttermilk have about the same amount of carbs, e.g., 11.74 carbs in an 8 ounce cup... all 11.74 carbs are sugar molecules and milk/buttermilk both also have a sugar/calorie ratio of 47.92%, which is an enormous amount...

The fat content in all kinds of milk/buttermilk is excellent, but the high sugar content defeats its purpose...
