He's a retired judge so he can't be impeached so maybe he can say things no other judge would ever say. Maybe he spends his days in front of fox news pretending every liberal is out to get him, his party and the nut he voted for. I think he needs to be pulled from the case but then I also think Mueller is very weak. He has a case coming up on the Russians and he can't serve any of the subpoenas. He asked for a continuance and the judge said no. So the charges against the Russians all go away (or there's a trial without them). Republicans will slaughter him no matter what happens and rightfully so.
