There's a lot of Canadian investors on CoBF ( cornerofberkshireandfairfax.ca ). There were threads about TFSA and CRA. You should look there.

My guess is our IRA accounts are the equivalents to your TFSA s. Very smart of you to start these when you're young. Brokers here in the US have different policies regarding trading penny stocks in these accounts. Some won't let you at all. Some will allow limited trading. Others let you trade any/all.

I was trading pink sheets stocks back when they were on the Pink Sheets at pinksheets.com which not defaults to the otcmarkets. At that time the stocks didn't even show quotes on most major trading platforms -- i.e. the only way you could get a quote was to go the pinksheets.com website.

if you see anything interesting while digging -- don't hesitate to share. I'm all ears.

One of my sons has been calling interesting (and profitable plays) to my attention.
