by "limited", I only mean not to overload on dressing because it does contain a small amount of carbs.
BUT, your salad dressing is much better!

uncooked oatmeal contains resistant starch = prebiotics, which is food for good gut bacteria, probiotics
just put the steel-cut raw oats in a bowl, add some water to cover the oats, put in the fridge and leave overnight. Add a few berries for more taste if you like.
In the morning you have delicious, cold, uncooked oatmeal.
It doesn't sound good, but it is!
I was amazed the first time I tried it.
