Your asserting that executive privilege means a President can't be investigated. Which clearly isn't the view of the founders as they put impeachment in the Constitution to deal with Presidential criminals.

A prosecutor should not be permitted to seek information from a president unless there is evidence of a serious crime in which the president is implicated, and there is no alternative source from which the prosecutor could obtain the information sought.

I see, he can't be questioned till he's proven guilty. Well, that might happen.

What crime does Mueller want to ask the president about?

We know that because Mueller gave the questions to Giuliani. The crimes seem to be obstruction of justice and conspiracy with Russia against the United States.

whether the president is a suspect There is no public evidence that President Trump is.

Are you kidding? Nobody thinks that but you, Broken C*ck.
