yes, correct . . but good fiber which subtracts some from the carbs AND . . .
1 - I only have less than a quarter cup
2 - I only have it twice per week
3 - I've only started having it after going a month with strict low, low carbs.

I have found that I can have some "good" carbs now that my body is burning/metabolizing so good.
I am happy to lose a pound a week now instead of two or three.
PLUS . . we'll see how that goes . . I even had a re-feed/carb-load day this past Sunday (Chinese food and a bagel).
We'll wee how this week goes doing that one day a week.
