I bought them, and they weren't cheap. The first night we had them, they tasted more like artichokes, but we had the left overs last night with our chicken, and they tasted like potatoes au gratin. We live in the mts of WA state, so I'll have to see if I can grow them here. Would also like to know how to store them for use over the winter. That recipe was/is just fabulous. You could probably do a search on line for other recipes, as I've heard they are quite versatile.

Yay..................I am going to try growing Jerusalem Artichokes. The conditions where I live sound perfect.
