I don't blame McCain for being pissed at Trump and holding a grudge for it, and Hatch probably ought to stay out of it. What Trump said about McCain called for a serious apology, and clearly he did not get it. I also don't think the media ought to make a deal of it. The man is dying and ought to be allowed to do so in peace even if he chooses to make a big flash going out. He was a bad presidential candidate, he deserves to be honored for his time and heroism in Hanoi.
