This is how it will be done. Novell will start to regain market share and profitability by spring to summer, share price will move up to the 10-12 dollar range, and then a buyer will be found. Some of the BOD are just letting Schmidt improve their prospects to get a better buyout price. Then its over for the BOD, as they cash in on their options. Quad-K
