And I am saying - your question is not relevant to anybody outside of the ownership of TheraCour, which is mostly Dr. Diwan.

I suspect that Dr. Diwan does 'care' about the future of NNVC. He has at least some prestige and a substantial amount of his reputation at stake if NNVC fails, and gains considerably in prestige, reputation and especially financially if NNVC succeeds in the end.

The relevant question is - has NNVC as an entity been a success? And to date the answer is fairly obviously a no. That could change. But not unless the points I make are accomplished.

If the question were does he care about the stock price or shareholders, that would be a different question.
If the world ever comes to believe he doesn't care about the shareholders or the stock price, his access to capital will be greatly diminished. Whether he does care or not, it is at least in his best interest to act like he cares.
