Oh no Rich not the AOL puts! Yeah, I've been there before buddy. Bought the puts a long time ago (in a market far, far away) and lost. OK, I still hated AOL so then I did a straddle and guess what happened? Yup, I lost on both sides. Since then the stock has quadrupled or quintupled. Lesson: Don't play AOL on the short side. I totally agree that it doesn't make any sense...Maybe AMZN and YHOO are the same kinda animals. I thought RD would be laughing all the way to the bank by now.

Today was almost all black for me, just one loser today. Still a long way to go. Thank God for INTC, coming through with earnings. But on closer inspection, I think that Intel could drop big time tomorrow on downgrades, although MOT sure didn't get hurt with their earnings disappointment! Maybe Intel would've been better off missing estimates by a couple cents...

Asia seems to be recovering, but like I've said, it has a long way to go. Rich, 40% cash might just be the smartest place to be in light of this. I think that our rally could be shortlived. I just want enough to get the hell out of Dodge! Trouble is, every other time that I've said "Cash is King", I've only been able to sit still for a couple weeks before I'm right back in the mosh pit again. Anyone have the number for Traders Anonymous?

Looks like ELNK is blowing past everybody while no one was looking! Two consecutive 1+ up days.

Can we make it 3 in a row? (Nikkei's certainly helping...)

Good luck!
MK
