It sure looks that way! I'm not feeling good about her appointment. I was listening carefully as they were ripping her and the President to shreds and she looked like a deer in the headlights! I was astonished that she allowed it to happen. All she had to do from the beginning along that line was say that she would not speculate on an hypothetical - and keep repeating. They would have dropped it - instead they smelled blood and she just kept bleeding. In addition to being swampy, she is not that smart - in my not-humble opinion. :)
