Your logic test was illogical. A better question would have been: "If he hadn't been caught, but everyone still lost all their money, but he kept his millions, do you believe that Bernie Madoff would consider Madoff Investment Securities a success?" My answer would be, yes, he would consider it a success. That is a much more accurate comparison to the circumstances with Nanoviricides and Dr. Anil Diwan and Dr. Eugene Seymour. I'm not comparing these men either.
