Markox5.... Great post. Very insightful. If FAMH can pull this off with minimal dilution we're in for a ride. People seem to be chomping
at the bit. In another month, we'll have all the gory details. Until
then, all this is pure speculation.

Hi Mark! I had the same concern that you mentioned about the profitablility of Myriad. So I asked Ira about it.

Now, I know some people will ask why I did that. I guess I just couldn't think of anybody better to ask AND I wanted an answer. :-)

Ira indicated that Myriad is supposed to be highly profitable, BUT he stressed that he must CONFIRM that through their audit before he can say it for sure. He is not inclined to acquire a losing operation.

He said he has too many acquisition proposals coming across his desk right now to be messing with anything that's not profitable.

Ira is pretty confident guy. I'm sure some people might find that intimidating. I told him I appreciated what all he is doing and he said, "For what? I'm just doing what I am supposed to do. I'm supposed to grow this company!"

As for the IT placements...
I asked him about IT placements in New York and he said he has a guy starting Feb 1 whose job is to just handle IT placements. I know that information is of interest to Rick (from an earlier post). That's why I asked about it.

I guess all in all, I'm glad Ira is spending most of his time getting things done instead of just spending all his time answering EVERY question to the satisfaction of EVERY person.

Even Microsoft doesn't answer EVERYBODY's questions and they have an army of people that could be assigned to every little detail (or at least develop a computer program that electronically answers all questions... now there's a thought Bill Gates... or is "e-mail the tech desk" the best we can do?). <g>

I just ask him what is mainly important to ME. I try to include some of the other questions raised on this thread because it seems most people don't want to ask the questions themselves.

I know this won't answer anything to EVERYBODY's satisfaction. But my questions have been answered to my satisfaction.

Best wishes,
Brad
