Sorry I don't know what time it was released. I just found it after
dinner tonight, so I presume it was after hours. It is is pretty gloomy!
Lots of worries about Asia.

I just located the release time. It was releases at 8:05 AM today. The question remains is how long did it take the instiutions to digest the document? I imagine the analysts did not read it during market hours. Hmmm....not sure.
