To get to 191 million shares, a couple of the things that has to happen is for one of the past financings 10 million shares worth of options to get exersized. Those expire in Nov I believe, and it will bring in $37.5 million to the company. Not a good deal to say the least, but at least we do get something. Another piece is the 20% left of the convertible bonds and I think that amounts to about 4 million shares and those probably won’t show up until 2020 sometime. The remaining debt disappears with the addition of those shares. I would imagine we’d also see a decline in the short position by approximately those same amounts when the dust settles.

We hit some peoples sales targets today, a little housekeeping in the stock and sellers that are now gone. Onward and upward over the next few weeks : )
