Taby,

For the most part, I agree they need to purchase equipment to stay in this game...in this game there are no time-outs. Imagine Korea not remaining competitive in DRAM's and they had to shutter those businsses which made DRAM....this would be the equivalent of shutting down General Motors, Ford, Chrysler and then some. It's something which will not be allowed to occur. However, at this time fear has taken over cogitation on WS...until we get a change in Sentiment, we aren't going anywhere.

BB,

This is why I disagree with your downturn in March...I don't see us headed much higher and hence a further downturn for many of these stocks is unlikely. There will be a move IMO sometime this year, though probably in the May-June timeframe sice the street will need a reason to justify higher prices....'99 on the horizon could do just that.

regards,

Brian
