John, no I don't know how far back the Siemens relationship goes but it seems better to me the farther back. Also I have no sense of a conspiracy here, if that is what you are aiming at.

I seriously think the longs are at several disadvantages here. For longs there are no numbers or proofs of virtually any kind that thier view of the stock is correct. For shorts there are all manner of evidence that things may not be right with fonix. I have no argument that some $35 million has been spent, invested, wasted in the persuit of a strategy which itself has evolved over time. The financials, I totally agree look awful.

Apart from the salary area, I believe that it is totally normal that they look like that. I have absolutely no understanding of why this would be a problem for shorts.

Your posts deny all sorts of things, like they have a product or even a technology that they can turn into revenues. Well, it seems to me that a development stage company would spend cash on a developing technology, that from time to time deadlines would be extended to accomodate unexpected events and that difficulties of all sorts would be expected.

If you see a problem that longs don't already know about and you dont mind spelling it out in clear for those of us who are reduced to sarcasm to reflect our bemusement with the situation, I would greatly appreciate it. There is no question that the stock has fallen. A lost battle in a war as yet unfinished. A war where I suspect there may be some interesting events to come.

A humbled and corrected Parx
