they saw the stock going down to the .60-.80 range.

Mentz,
If this happens and the current management is not thrown onto the street, then there is just no justice in this world. Every announcement that we is that the company has given something away or has hired a new executive to manage nothing.

At some point, there is not going to be anything for another company to purchase. It seems that the number one product at this company is press releases. They are great at telling everyone what they are going to do. They just forget to tell us what they have done.

If the stock goes below $1, what is left to keep the stock listed on NASDAQ. What are the requirements to stay listed? Does any one know?
