It is important for the world to see that we will not be bound to a poor agreement that doesn’t have the support of our public. We don’t operate that way. All the people all over the world in cafes and boardrooms and legislatures and in front of their TVs who are laughing at us, crying for us, railing at us, or just scratching their heads must be given a lesson, made to understand, above all else, that we don't operate that way.
