No it is not. Perhaps we will go to war if necessary. But perhaps with someone who knows how to negotiate a workable agreement can be reached.

First rule of negotiating is you can’t do it with someone who is already getting what they want.

How can you not understand by now that the competent use of strength prevents, not encourages, war?
