Who is BROC's champion out there?

I have been reading what I can about BROC for the last couple of months. While the recent past doesn't look all that exciting the future looks better. At least I think so. I do not use products of the type they have marketed or have planned so it is a bit difficult for me to really have good grasp of what they are up to, but I think there is great potential there. (If I limited my investments to companies whose business I understood fully, I would have a very short list to work from.)

I missed the drop below 4 but over the past two weeks have been accumulating shares in several accounts at between 4 and 4 1/2.
