The only thing that the CBO underestimates it's a possible recession, which is coming by 2020 IMO... by then the CBO will be projecting over $40 trillion dollar debt... BTW, corporations are NOT in the business of bailing out the US government... they are in the business of GREED and getting bailed out BY the government... get it through your head... stock buybacks and increasing shareholder dividends does absolutely NOTHING in growing the economy... so get ready for a recession by 2020...
