We got in on a badly structured deal. Why would anyone with money repeat our error when they are able to evaluate the down side (ineffectiveness) of that structure based on the historic track record?

Anyone with funds who might be mildly interested will just wait for the dissolution, then make a completely new arrangement without all the smoke and mirrors of the two company entanglement.

It simply does not make any sense for INVESTORS to purchase stock at ANY discount when they can just wait and get a better deal. So what if you want to sell me a worthless stock for half price? Why would I want to save the current company and its' investors?

Any BIG PHARMA with interest can just wait for the dissolution, go to the auction of the lab (10m TOPS) and rehire the staff with Anil as the manager and his patents tied in to the company through a personal contract. Then embed their own people into the structure to independently evaluate progress without depending on Anil, like we have to, for evaluating and reporting the efficacy of the results.

If NNVC does not declare one formulation and begin the process of bringing it to market it is over. There simply isn't any money left.

I still do not believe they are fraudulent, they really tried, they just can't get the idea to work.
