Don, I think it's game over! The stock price damages things tremendously. Lots of overhang, technical damage, and little chance of getting decent financing. I do believe this was a deliberate takedown by shorts and others, but also Diwan and Seymour played into their hands by their missteps. I have a collar strategy now. I will sell NNVC at either $3 (my breakeven) or $0 (where it may ultimately end up). If by some chance it goes to $100, I won't be on that ride. I've decided I would rather put my money elsewhere. I feel this whole experience has been VERY toxic to my soul.
