Can anyone explain to me why MOT is selling at a P/E of 30 while INTC is selling at a P/E of 19.

Are you planning to sell and walk away? In that case, your wish for higher P/E would make sense.

But if you want to hold INTC for a while, the only thing that matters are earnings and growth of earnings.
