When you are entering into an agreement and you can't get more than 1/4 of the people onboard with it, you'd think these assholes would have learned with the ACA that you need to step back. Nope. Now, I don't know about what happened internally, but if had to wager on it, I'd say it was Obama who was most adamant that a deal be made at any cost.
