Not get us there but move in the right direction. Further, the Iranian withdrawal has been carefully timed to coincide with these negotiations, such that Iran can witness the process. Iran is a far more difficult problem and all this isn’t some convenient coincidence. The firing of Tillerson makes perfect sense when looking back on it.
