SleazZpat, If you were leader of another country would you sign an agreement with the US when you see how easy it is for a blithering idiot to undo it? Probably not. Which is why it's Obama's fault for not going to Congress and making the agreement a real treaty. Something that was passed by executive order alone can also be undone by executive order alone.
