My Opinion is that this whole Silver Lawsuit thing is a bunch of crap designed for shorts to scare out the weak longs and small traders.
When all the stops were hit down to 5.39 they really started buying as seen in the 5.76 spot price tonight. I would not believe a thing Martin Armstrong said. He was probably short at 6.35 and covered at 5.39. Then bought real heavy awaiting the next move to 6.89-7.10. Remember watch the silver warehouse stocks trend, not the rumors on the internet. Paul Sarnoff sent me a subscripton offer for a weekly silver hotline and fax service for $299.00 yearly today. He predicts $38.00 per ounce within three years. I'd be happy for $15.00.Long on silver and silver stocks-PAASF & SSRIF and staying that way.

CG; CONSPIRACY???
Not impossible IMHO. The commodity pits are amazing. Some
years back - I spent a day on the floor of the CBOT. (as a
guest of a private trader). At that time he was "into" sugar,
beans and silver. That's where the action was! As I recall, he
had NO OPINION about the intrinsic worth of those comms.,
merely was scalping prices against the incoming public orders.
When trading got quite active about mid-session, he executed
some trades as a $2.00 broker for Kidder. My point - the action
begets action - up and down. Most (MOST) of those traders
don't care which way prices move - just so they do move. This
is not to say that "they" couldn't attempt a corner...however, IMHO,
the fundamentals for silver are better than they have been for
some time: low warehouse stocks; the closing of gold mines
around the world (lot's of silver is mined as a byproduct in
gold mining); relative low price; historical relation to gold; etc.....
I myself am long a decent amount of (non-coll. coins) and stocks
like PAASF. But, don't intend to load up until market
settles and begins (?) a move from a base. BWDIK
Best
