When analysts did their forecasts, they had factored in the tax rate consideration -- they should have, anyway.

Keep looking for more negative arguments.

John, Intel also said in the CC, that the tax rate for FY should be 34% as opposed to the avg 34.8% for FY 97. This will help some too.
