You do realize that the ten year was well over 3% in year 2010 and again in 2011 when the previous administration was in place and the debt etc was sky high back then and had nada to do with this POTUS. In fact that debt just kept going up up up to 20T long before DJT was elected

Regardless we both agree 3.5 ten year is possible.

So let's see how it plays out.
