Doug:

I hear lots of stories of how people made a killing in Vegas. I also hear lots of stories of how market "geniuses" can time the highs and lows of a certain stock and make killings. Good stories one and all.

Now, let's get away from suppositions and move into facts. I am not considered an insider, yet I am an independent consultant for Naxos. I received a packet from their legal arm that I had to sign a disclosure statement of my holdings and allow them access to my brokerage account if they wanted to investigate me. The purpose of this was to insure the integrity of the trading blackout. The trading blackout was instituted so that shareholders would know that Naxos believed enough in the possibilities that we were willing to take the risk of showing bad results. Once again, the trading blackout was self imposed. Do you know of any other self-imposed trading blackouts Doug? I have heard of very few.

My feelings on five baggers is this - if I feel comfortable with the potential of much higher levels, then if I have the patience and fortitude to hang on - why should I sell now?

Regards,

Kim W.
