Intel's IC processes are superior to AMD's ... even Petz now thinks so <ggg>.
I believe that Jerry addressed your exact issue in the AMD conference
call ... he said "I won't even try to predict yields in Q1 based on our
Q3&Q4 estimates." This should apply to speed yields as well. AMD will
be happy to just get the .25um process up and running in Austin (with
any yield <ggg>). They will take the 266mhz K6's ... maybe we will see
300mhz K6's in the 2H '98!!

Yes - My new LizardSkin Jeremiah Bullfrog K-Ration has dual K6 333 MHz CPUs.
